1. Acceptance
By accessing Wakilfy (website or app), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Wakilfy provides social networking, marketplace, wallet, and related fintech features for users in East Africa. Features may change during beta and early access.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account security. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
4. Commerce & payments
Sellers are responsible for their listings. Wakilfy may offer escrow and buyer protection where stated. Payment processing is subject to mobile money provider terms.
5. Prohibited conduct
No illegal content, scams, hate speech, harassment, or circumvention of our Trust Engine moderation. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Limitation of liability
Wakilfy is provided "as is" during early access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of Dar es Salaam.
